Not sure if I understand this correctly, is this going to prohibit ads for any kind of sex work, including adult talent ads? Well, that would be a problem for porn producers/agencies.

As for site owners to be responsible for the content shared on their sites, it would kill piracy if similiar thing was applied in EU too. I support site owner's responsibility.

They won't do that. Offline porn was very strict about documentation, even not buying from unknown Czech producers because of the fear of forged documents.

It is disturbing that the bill has vague wording.

The bill’s language penalizes any websites that “promote or facilitate prostitution,” and allows authorities to pursue websites for “knowingly assisting, facilitating, or supporting sex trafficking,” which is vague enough to threaten everything from certain cryptocurrencies to porn videos to sites for perfectly legal escort services.

There is always some form of advertising involved if you don't work with agencies. I assume, in the era of offline porn, you used newspaper ads, flyers or agents. How would you otherwise recruit the girls? This is in no way different than online ads.

When I said you wouldn't even need to meet the person I meant that it is irrelevant if any porn was shot with that person or not. They could lock you up just for those ads (or any other recruiting techniques) if they were unlawful.
