Shopping Carts
I’m setting up my online payment pages (or getting the information for my programmer) and have a handful of payment processors. Some have their own shopping carts but others require you to find a gateway. Square is one I remember, or Stripe it was.
WooCommerce is the gateway but I’m looking for shopping carts if a processor doesn’t provide one. Technically, with Square i can add a form under SSL and use the virtual terminal. Suggestions?

i dont understand, what you are trying to say/do.,
but here is simple method. shopping cart is part of ecommerce CMS/software/website e.g. magneto, prestashop, opencart, woocommerce where you list your products, surfer comes to your ecommerce CMS/software/website, adds product in his shopping cart, and clicks checkout. this is when payment processor comes in play. you send payment processor required info from backend along with surfer., i.e. surfer sees payment processor page, enters credit card details/pays via paypal., then payment processor, sends surfer back to your website , along with confirmation from backend. so you know that surfer has successfully made payment if he has. i hope this makes some points clear. there are some payment processors which allows you to process payment on your site, so you dont have to send surfer to payment processor's website. but these are quite few and needs volume transactions i guess. paypal pro is one of them. p.s. there are lots of self hosted ecommers cms for monthly flat fee or depending on items you are listing for sale. p.p.s. looks like you are old school webmaster, so you must have known these things., good luck anyways.,

Thank you. Tonight I'll see which sites require you to get a processor. I typed it out after 11:00 pm and wasn't thinking it out. I just knew frustration.
