^^ This is actually a good point. Well, it's possible that she was preparing her smear campaign in case Mitt Romney had won in 2012 because Romney was considering Kavanaugh for the SC. Why didn't she report this when he was appointed to the nation's 2nd highest court in DC? No one mentioned this during the lengthy confirmation hearings even though Feinstein had the info. I have considered things similar. again, this is a job interview that even the president trump said there should be zero doubt about things. but both of them provided believable testimony, imo. and not believable testimony too. That means there's doubt.
