Over 6 months and paxum card still didn't arrive, requested expedited, and they sent it by regular

So, 6 months ago my card finished printing and it was sent by mail.
I waited, and waited 3 months, and Ruth advised I should order it by expedited service because it was probably 'lost.

Strangely every single person I know in my city, their card also never arrived and was 'lost' leading me to believe they never ever sent it out, it was total bs.

Ruth told me to request another card, this time pay $100 and get the expedited service. I did, and a month later I inquired wtf is going on where's my card, they said oh when it comes from the bank they will ship it to me via courier, and that's what expedited means.

So I go into my account a few weeks ago, and see it was shipped. I email and ask where's the tracking number for which I was paid $100 and they say OMG we made a mistake and we sent it out with regular mail.

So now, another 6 months waiting begins, and after all, I'll learn OMG it was lost yet again.

How can a business like PAXUM afford to act like such a joke!?? WTF did I pay $100 for? I took a bet in Vegas, hoping I win and get a card in the mail, or I simply just lose and can forget about ever getting a new card?

You shouldn't have paid those idiots $100 in the first place. Mine took 6 months to print. I gave up on it ever arriving so I transferred my money away and forgot about paxum. Then last week i got the card all of a sudden in my mail... whatever.

The worst part about it is their cunningness, why bother give people false hope instead of telling them the truth...that they can't meet the demand. That's bother line scamming and the fact they are getting away with it with no repercussions is galling.

This type of behavior is comparable to a company that didn't care about their future because they were going to close soon anyway.

A friend of mine ordered a Titanium visa from Money mart prepaid card.

They did say 7 - 14 Days to get it BUT, she got it few days ago after 3 MONTHS.

I dont know whats going on with the Prepaid card system, but dosen't seems to be only paxum having problem to get them delivered on time.

Six months is indeed a long time to wait for most products to be delivered. Even more so payment cards, as those are fairly easy to print and distribute. Or maybe OP lives in what Predident Trump calls ”a shit hole country”???

I had to open a business account.. then I was having a hard time wiring the money from the paxum to my bank account.. I lost a lot of money in the attempts ( Believe it was 3x ) I hope everything with the Paxum business owners works out. I enjoyed using paxum for many years
