I have some dicksucking/assfucking video content of my soon to be ex-wife...this was shot back when she was down with the porn thing....but since we're getting a divorce, she's trying to act like she never agreed with the porn biz at all..

Now since she is my wife, I never bothered to get a model release from her...at the time, there was a verbal agreement...

Should I just give this video away for free or could I legally sell it since she was my wife at the time of the video? And of course we are both over 18 and I can prove that if the Feds come a knocking......

Not necessarily, how old is this video. Judges know ppl make mistakes in their past and won't consider anything about "unfit parent" if it was over a few years.

I know, I drank when I was younger and here 8 years later my ex tried to use that against me to take the kids and he lost. He had pics of me drinking at parties, smoking pot even snorting some lines.

I'm telling you, he showed his bitterness in everyway possible and the judge thought he was nothing more than a lying pig. Men need to learn that trying to undermine the mother of their children for something they may have did years ago while THEY lived with this woman and child/children shows they are unfit to have left the kid in the situation IN THE FIRST PLACE.

The judge even asked why if he thought I was such a bad parent, had he NOT reported me to someone or did something about it. Something to the effect that he stayed with me and as long as he was getting sex from me, my parenting skills were okay with him! Even funnier, he was an abusive asshole and the judge believed

Bitterness and trying to make an ex look bad are not the way to win a divorce case. Showing geninue concern and interest in what is best for the child/children is what works. And it has to be genuine, these judges KNOW who is lying or being unreasonably bitter.

Being in the porn biz and that most likely being used against you in court, YOU need to act like the responsible one not the loose cannon. Showing the judge that you film all this fucked up shit will only validate what the ex says about you being a pervert in the first place.

Don't believe me, give the judge the video and wait for the reaction YOU THINK she will have.

As for the legal aspect of showing ppl these pics, yes, you could be in for alot of trouble. My ex had something on me and he was told to NOT do anything stupid with it or they'd nail his ass. I never pursued getting it back as it wasn't that bad of movie anyway lol

Even though there is a temporary protection order on me for HER, it doesn't cover my children....This bitch is keeping my daughter out of school because she knows that I work at home and I can see her at school...She's keeping her out of church...She's keeping my kids locked up in her apartment with her drunk stupid ass........

THIS BITCH IS MINE!!! SHE HAS MADE AN ENEMY!!! I TRIED TO KEEP HER BUSINESS OUT OF THE PUBLIC....SHE TRIED TO PUT ME IN JAIL FOR THREE YEARS BECAUSE SHE CAN'T HAVE ME!!!

She then comes to my bond hearing and tells the fucking world my website url and how I'm a pornographer and how I'm supposedly not paying her child support...She embarrassed herself at MY bond hearing trying to trash me...she had pissed the judge off and had people laughing at her in the courtroom!!!!

I didn't call child services on her.....the cops did one time when she called the cops on ME!!! The cops got there and saw that she was drunk and belligerent and called child services on her.....

It's way deeper than I could possibly post on here.......I just can't wait until my DV case, where I"m gonna tear those cops a new asshole in cross examination. And I can't wait until divorce court, where I will present all of this damning evidence......

My child was born Jan 31, 2003....The video was taken Feb 24, 2003.....It's May right now....the hearing is in June.....

The judge even asked why if he thought I was such a bad parent, had he NOT reported me to someone or did something about it. Something to the effect that he stayed with me and as long as he was getting sex from me, my parenting skills were okay with him! Even funnier, he was an abusive asshole and the judge believed Bitterness and trying to make an ex look bad are not the way to win a divorce case. Showing geninue concern and interest in what is best for the child/children is what works. And it has to be genuine, these judges KNOW who is lying or being unreasonably bitter. Being in the porn biz and that most likely being used against you in court, YOU need to act like the responsible one not the loose cannon. Showing the judge that you film all this fucked up shit will only validate what the ex says about you being a pervert in the first place. Don't believe me, give the judge the video and wait for the reaction YOU THINK she will have. As for the legal aspect of showing ppl these pics, yes, you could be in for alot of trouble. My ex had something on me and he was told to NOT do anything stupid with it or they'd nail his ass. I never pursued getting it back as it wasn't that bad of movie anyway lol

That's not mental instability, that's showing that you have the means to pay the child support but aren't doing it (while trying to blemish your character because of your profession, of course). Now if you ARE paying the child support, then she's perjuring herself in front of the court - make sure you talk with your lawyer about that and if she does it again, he can move to have her found in contempt as long as he has the proof that you have been making the payments. As for the video tape, save it. Don't bring it out right in the beginning or her lawyer (or she herself) will come at you guns blazing. Let her show what cards she has and is going to play, and do this cleanly. If you still feel at the end that you may lose the case, then bring it out, as a last resort. You may want to mention it ("your honor, I even found her drunk and passed out while the baby" blah blah blah) and when she says it's not true, just quietly say that you have proof of it. But don't go waving it around the minute you get in there, or it makes you look like a bitter bastard who's more concerned with slamming her than with presenting a good case as to why YOU should get the children. Let that be your focus - why you are a GOOD candidate for the children, not why she is a BAD candidate for the children. Let her damn herself, while you focus on the positive things and look both stable and professional in comparison. Just keep cool. I know she's done you wrong big time, but her time will come. Fate has a way of dealing with these things and living well really IS the best revenge. Best of luck hon.
