If i am reading enough between the lines of both the congressional committee and companies that were to supply the tech (or their competitors) They wanted to build nuclear power plants.
But I would have you know that it would not be a normal power plant we might build here in the states for just electrical power.

Just as the dept of navy ran nuke plants that were 'breeder reactors' that make more nuclear material than they start with. That byproduct can be further refined to weapons grade material.

Now about the rest of the tech to make that happen ???
We will have to wait till the investigation gets further along.
May have already happened ! but yet a cover-up

FYI...
The nuke plant that Israel blew-up in Iraq in the 80's was such a 'breeder reactor'.

Well, Muellers report is due out in 3 weeks or less. If we get to see it.
I'm guessing if it does not, someone on the team will leak a few details to demand it all becomes public.

I am wondering if and how much have leads to the Saudi's when it comes to 'MONEY'
Likely nothing since it was not the target and I doubt any of the leads from Russia have ties to the Saudi's on these other issues.
For now, it's left in the Senate committee.
