The drone is flying over my house and recording .. over the day .. and at night it's flying at my windows. What can I do ?

Maybe contact the FAA if they are night flying it near your windows?

That's a shit which can't reach a target at even 50-100 meters. Get a 5 mm pneumatic rifle. You don't need any license for it, but it will do the trick even at a 100 meter distance.
