There are way too many to list.. some examples..
Cams: AWEmpire, Chaturbate, PussyCash

Traffic brokers: Affmy, AdSpyGlass, Hilltopads

I run an amateur paysite that focuses on REAL amateur girls that are either just breaking into the business or either they are first-timers that will shoot a few times for my site and never shoot for anyone else ....since they are just basically trying it out. The vast majority of them shoot quite a few times though, with most of them never to be seen on any other sites.

Have had similar issues in the past with different programs. I just go with revshare now, works out better in the long run.
Wish programs would default to revshare and add the option for PPS when traffic has been proven decent quality. I mean if it's that big of a headache.

You could try promoting some porn star themed t-shirts. Check out shop-pornstar.com. I mean you already know they like porn. And it's not an oversaturated market like most adult affiliate programs.
