This whole situation could have been easily diffused if they just opened the phone and showed his apps/wallpaper.

As I said, they could have easily diffused the situation by showing her that the phone he had wasn't in fact hers. She probably would have said "oh okay, that looks just like my phone which I lost, sorry". Case closed.

I'm from the New Orleans area. My schoolmates and friends were about half and half black/white. Many of my heroes growing up were black athletes and performers. I don't care if you don't buy my products, in fact I'd prefer you didn't. People who can't even string together coherent sentences are a waste of my time when having to deal with support issues.
