In body's are about as accurate as asking a tree what your BF % is. The store manager of whatever store you did that in can calibrate that however they want. The whole sales pitch from In Body to supplement store companies is "calibrate this at your will to increase your sales!" Want to drive up sales of fat burners that don't work? Calibrate it in a way that shows way more BF.

Good for you, but you're definitely not 6% - ESPECIALLY if you run that much. 6% isn't something you brag about or that would make you capable of running 20 marathons. 6% is "fuck, I feel like absolute shit, let's get this bodybuilding show over with so I can eat". Guys who step on the Olympia stage MIGHT be around 6% the week before the show, then 5.5% or so day of, then eat as much as possible afterwards to get back to 8-9%. But what do I know, I just train with Big Ramy's coach once a month or so.

If it isn't a DEXA scan or autopsy, it's not accurate. Maybe learn what you're talking about before running your mouth, and maybe who you're talking to and what their background is.

6% is not far off to my July 2020 7.1% which was the last time I took a BF measurement. I may be even leaner now. So obviously, 6% is not impossible for me if I actually tried. I see you conveniently ignored my invitation for a bet on me being that.

I don't drink any more, so I probably won't be getting into any bar fights. Travel, fitness, business and wealth accumulation are my new hobbies, while occasionally banging the hot club dancer or model (fashion, fitness or IG).

I have seen Gladiator and Troy, both of which I liked. Gladiator was a bit better.

Fun fact: Parts of Troy were filmed in Cabo, Mexico which I got the chance to visit early last year.

Gladiator had a better story, more epic battle scenes and I felt more compassion for Maximus (Crowe in Gladiator) than Achilles (Pitt in Troy).



I actually haven't seen the movie 300 yet. I added it to my Netflix watch a few weeks ago list, but I guess the license expired before I had a chance to watch it.

Although I did recently watch another Gerard Butler movie called The Ugly Truth, which was decent for a rom-com. Butler plays a "misogynist", so there's some good tips to be learned there on how to deal with the broads, I mean ladies.

Hit the gym hard, it will change your life. Consistency is key. You'll never regret going to the gym like when going to bars, clubs or casinos. If you can't afford a gym membership, go walking, running or bodyweight fitness. Anything is better than nothing.

I see how a lot of people can be intimidated to join the gym, but 95% of people there are pretty nice and considerate.

Commercial gyms such as Planet fitness are known for beginners and they have free pizza. There's also Snap fitness, LA Fitness, Anytime Fitness which don't have as many meathead types of dudes. There are drawbacks to these commercial gyms as many don't have squat racks or equipment to do deadlifts and benchpress which are basically the 3 most important "compound exercises".

This video pretty much covers it. The guy in the video below, Connor Murphy was a huge fitness influencer a few years ago and is now sort of a joke now that he's off the roids and he started losing his hair, but that's a different story.



Just a couple tips:

- You don't need steroids. Just eat healthy and go hard as you can.
- Don't sit on the machines between sets, as others may be waiting to use them.
- Try not to use your phone too much and stay focused on your routine.
- Don't stare at anyone too long.
- Grunting is unnecessary.
- Slamming weights down after use is also unnecessary. You'll look much cooler if you can drop a lot of weight silently and effortlessly. Everyone can see how much you're lifting, no need to make a lot of noise.
- For extra points, wipe down each machine or bench after use with supplied disinfectant/paper towels


One of my biggest regrets in life is not starting and keeping consistent fitness routines. As I mentioned earlier, you'll never regret going to the gym.
