wysiwyg is not possible because of the nature of css, is that right? I've been a bit out of touch hehe

Looks like: https://www.adobe.com/cz/products/dreamweaver.html
is still running and last time i tested it , it can generate CSS code. But these days editors are kind obsolete since everything by either wordpress or some other CMS template system. |

Well my wordpress theme editor has stuck in continuous refresh loop, and all I did was add a couple of links to the menu
