Initiated a local bank transfer to my FR bank in EU on the 4th around noon. Still no money in the bank account. Received the same generic message about the partner having a problem.

While I can understand this happens, I deactivated all my payment from Chaturbate to Paxum in the meantime.

I have the same issues. I withdrew money June 1st and yesterday via EFT to a German bank account.

While all previous months before the money arrived within minutes or maximum 1 business day I am still waiting.

I received the same "standard" reply as everyone else in this thread. I followed up on this standard reply a few days later to receive another standard answer:

I got my transfer after 6 days but in the meantime turned to cosmopayment for my new paycheck as I doubted too much Paxum would be on time. New on Cosmo I got my money in 12 hours but the fees are much higher. Was it a one time issue with Paxum or is it gonna be like this for months ? I really liked the instant payment and low fees and would like to stick to Paxum

Hi Ruth, while your tone is reassuring (and thank you for that), the lack of detail and the opacity on the current location of my money is still a bit concerning.

Is there any more detail you can share as to what problems Paxum and the partner have? Is it technical, is it compliance?

Also, in the other thread you mentioned opening a ticket to look into my transaction, unfortunately, as stated, it's the same generic message, which doesn't really help. Reminds me of the bad days when Payonneer stopped adult payment and firstchoicepay went down

True .. atleast she can take concern and forward and i guess they use Barclays UK for GBP transfers? I believe it is a good bank ?

Requested a wire (euro) on the 6th, arrived this morning (some far east country)
For some reason i always get my wires pretty fast.

Just a minor complaint which is that i can't withdraw in $ anymore which means it first gets converted to euro by paxum (losing like 2/3% based on actualy currency rate), paying a wire fee (another $50) + local bank fees (another $30).

You can't do EFT to USD right? I thing NL can only do EURO EFT's.

Due to the sensible nature of Paxum main source of payments (adult industry) a lot of banks just don't want to touch that money.

My June 4th Euro local bank transfer (+9,000€) sill hasn't arrived.

Paxum really should have a notice on the EFT/WIRE withdrawal pages to warn people, so maybe they can use an alternative method.

The bank must be doing the EFT payments manually atm, i am guessing. Thus the delays and backlog.

Very embarrassing and inconvenient for people who have funds in limbo when they have made promises to other parties about payment!

It would be good if Ruth could tell us what DOES work like converting USD to Euro than requested Wire/ETF so we can get our next transfers through without making the backlog worse.

ETF to Thailand not arrived yet since last week.

I received my money today (bank account in Germany). EFT transfer initiated on Saturday, 4th of July. It was made with a SEPA real time transfer just like before but executed after five weekdays assuming that the 6th might have been a holiday (pentecoast).

Day 10. Paxum EFT received!

I'm waiting for one more EFT withdrawal which is on day 4 now.

Since I don't have the luxury of waiting this long for bank transfers, I'm using another payment solution in the meantime.

Whenever Paxum withdrawals are back on track being instant or max 24 hours again, I'll be more than happy to use them again.

For close to 5 years Paxum was perfect for me until their recent issues with banking partners.
