I have 3 kids and I'm not that lean right now haha... After the XBIZ show in LA I kinda jumped off the deep end with my diet. I'm locked in today and on a mission to stay healthy for a few months to get ready for summer!

Having a six-pack and being fit are 2 separate things. Its actually not very healthy to have a very low fat level all year round.

Actually legs are only remained part of my body which is still strong because of certain activity which making effect on them.

Unlike Farang, I've never taken gear.

I wouldn't trade my body for any material possession in the world including cash, body acne, hair loss, aged skin or kidney failure.

I have my ideal physique. I have no intention of looking like a clumsy bodybuilder.

I prefer to have a smooth, majestic stride with my long legs.

I'm always being complimented on my "smooth stroke" fadeaway jumper from watching MJ in the 90s.

It's not how you look, it's how you perform.

Case in point:

Muhammad Ali

Sports are not always about aesthetics. Ali wasn't the most muscular or hardest puncher. He was the greatest because of his incredible footwork.

Another case is Tom Brady who is the greatest QB ever.

I prefer playing sports in the outdoors and not sticking needles in my ass in a musty gym.
