Dutch court bans amateur videos without permission on xhamster
Short version.
Dutch court decided that xhamster is not allowed to show amateur material anymore unless all persons depicted have given permission to do so. The ban applies worldwide if the material shows people living in the Netherlands. Click (dutch text)/ |
