so checked out your site and have a few thoughts...gonna go through them below

1) there are quite a few long term established sites already out there like yours so def not a new concept, but if you bring new clients to the table def an added value to the industry


2) a bit confused about your sign up process....is it for performers or clients or both? none of the book now red buttons work on my browser, only the yellow one at the bottom, which takes me to a sign up page where you upload a selfie fan sign pic

NO client is gonna want to do that. for cammers, we're used to it so no biggie, but the full name thing is highly problematic. usually it's cam name plus date and site URL. would suggest saving the ID verification for the uploaded docs post sign-up, or ID scan plus holding ID. but a fan sign on the first stage of the sign up process with a full real name? nope nope nope


2a) what are the terms for performers if that link is indeed for performer sign ups? as in payout methods, percentage, payout schedule, site currency, are cb's covered, etc


2b) what's the company name and where is it located? this is important info for both clients and cammers. assuming you accept cc's, what shows up as name on their cc statement?


3) not logged in I can't see a single profile except for the 5 on the home page. are there more performers? does one have to log in to view them? again, a bit problematic if so. think like a client, don't make them jump through hoops to find out if the site is worth signing up for


4) def do a combo 'available now' plus bookings for later. I have quite a few regs who'll contact me like "hey you gonna be around tomorrow night/in 3 hours/etc" but new clients tend to want to get off now. no ability for cammers to log in and be seen as available for immediate bookings will leave a lot of money on the table


5) def need a 2257 page, privacy page, TOS page

I sure as hell hope the modal that appears when you click a fake unbooked time that has boxes for credit card details isn't real (ie doesn't submit credit card information to you), and that you aren't harvesting IDs and personal information.

The site is sus as hell, and maybe Minutes Cam is a better name.

I did some coding for her so i am privy to the facts.

so, a person that has already built what you are trying to build comes in to your thread and what do you do? get into the piss with her and discount her opinion because she used a curse word, oh my god somebody cursed on GO FUCK YOURSELF, a curse word is part of the actual name of the fucking site.

4. what Jesse said about the forms. you have a working form that allows you to collect credit card information even though the user cannot actually buy anything. That is scammy as fuck. that last thing you should get working on the site is the credit card collection and you probably will need to use the form that is provided by your payment provider, unless you are planning on storing credit cards yourself in which case you probably have a shit ton more coding and testing to do (like see you in a year or so after you meet all the conditions for collecting and storing credit card info).

so, like i said, that looks scammy as hell and makes you seem very sketch at best.

then the form for the females? you click that you are a female and you automatically have to provide id as if you are a model? so, females aren't allowed to be customers and buy minutes for a show with a model? it doesn't even say what they are registering for. then you are asking for their picture id? how are you storing it? what security procedures are in place to comply with the various privacy laws.

seems very sketch that the 2 things that definitely work on the site are the 2 forms both of which are collecting information that you shouldn't be attempting to collect until you have a full working site.

5. as far as your commenting about the big sites doing testing, yes they do but usually in a private context. typically a site is not revealed to the public until it is fully functional. Alpha testing is usually (in my experience) 100% in-house, then there is a beta release which is to a selected group of users. the beta release is typically 100% functional but all the glitches have not been fleshed out yet, once you get past beta is when the site is typically released for the public to use.

so, yes, not just big sites but all sites usually do testing but they sure as hell don't collect credit card info or private identification data from the public during a test phase. I maintain that this was NOT a test site until it was pointed out to you how much fail there was in your presentation

6. you clearly have not researched your market as you seem unaware that there are already sites that do exactly what you are trying to do. take for example https://www.skyprivate.com/ or https://livecammodelshows.com/

so, yeah, like i said, i don't see you surviving here.
