I used a temp email and registered, it took me to https://privatebang.com/ and affiliate program https://tieronetraffic.com/. I'm sure that's not the only offer they are sending to though...

Looks like different offer is showing per GEO, so if if's CPA network then you will need to specify with which GEO you seeing that page.
