I was with 2 big names in this forum and they both are good but have this little problem where my site goes down and I ask for reasons in support and they answer the ticket 2 hours later when my site is up again and they say we don't see any problem and your site is up for us. Is there anyone with faster support for a big site with dedi servers? The only big one of this forum i havnt used is Mojohost and their site dsnt mention anything about how fast they answer tickets. I sent them a mail few month ago and it took 2 days to answer so i just didnt go with them. I feel like they might be faster in tickets but i'm not sure. P.s.: I know nothing about server tech stuff so I always go with managed ones.

MOJO has different support plans, from Basic to On Demand to "Complete". When you sign up, you can choose the support option you want.
Sometimes they get slammed, but mostly I have tickets that are answered, and usually resolved, within 15 to 30 minutes. There are exceptions, of course, depending on the complexity of the ticket. Best bet for anything is Mojo. As said sales expect some delays since they have many inquiries - but customer support is much quicker for the clients of mine who use them

I can't recommend Mojo enough. Most of the acquisitions we do at Gamma have been migrated to them and their support, particularly during transfers, has been impeccable. We have accounts via mojo.com and mojo.eu and the staff for both is really fantastic.
