" CP " on OnlyFans: Mastercard and Visa accused of turning a blind eye
A complaint filed with U.S. authorities alleges that Mastercard and Visa were aware that their networks were being used to pay for illegal content on OnlyFans and turned a blind eye, according to Reuters.
According to the whistleblower, who is, according to Reuters, a senior financial compliance expert, the two companies knew that their networks were being used to pay for illegal pornographic content (child pornography, sex trafficking) on OnlyFans since at least 2021, because they were allegedly warned by the authorities of the presence of this content on this platform. As of this writing, neither Visa nor Mastercard had responded to the Journal 's questions on the matter. The two giants of the credit card sector have, however, reacted in several American media outlets. Visa has said that institutions and merchants that fail to meet the company's "strict compliance requirements" will be banned from its network. The company said it uses best practices to "deter" and "detect" illegal activity and "remediate" it. Mastercard, for its part, argued that it had received no evidence that illegal activities had occurred, assuring that the company has "robust governance standards", a "comprehensive compliance program" and "strong internal controls". https://www.journaldequebec.com/2025...ferme-les-yeux Begining of the end for OnlyFan?

Didn't PornHub have a similar issue?

The key is "no evidence". Keep in mind that OF and other social networks have battles going on between creators accusing each other are wrong doing all the time. So just because someone cries CP doesn't mean it's there - IF and only IF there was evidence the processors are usually very quick to jump on it if made aware.
Same happens in this industry all the time where accusations are made without proof just to ruin reputations. I certainly hope it's not true - and if it is - then not only should they be shut down but put in jail.

not a shocker back in 90"s he had some shady anchor text on his password sites. But Radvinsky was particularly aggressive. Looking through the Wayback Machine’s website archive, Forbes uncovered 11 such sites, all created in the late 1990s and early 2000s by Radvinsky and his Glenview, Illinois-based business, Cybertania. They included Password Universe, which, in 2000, published a link directing web users to a site claiming to offer pedophiles more than 10,000 “illegal pre-teen passwords.” In 1999, a site called Working Passes had a link for “the hottest underaged hardcore” containing 16-year-olds. Also in 2000, another site, Ultra Passwords, promised a link containing “the best illegal teen passwords” and “the hottest bestiality site on the web.” The legal age for porn actors in the U.S. is 18, while bestiality (the act of having sex with an animal) is illegal in most American states. (The Wayback Machine removed Radvinsky’s old websites from its archive after speaking to Forbes.)

PornHub would delete all of my uploads watermarked as an affiliate but 100% published "brush bate" videos that were CLEARLY underage. Imagine my shock when I made compilations of legit, legal stuff that was filtered out in minutes and removed but within like 2 clicks of the word "teen" you could easily find illegal shit.
Also, passes.com, click around there a bit... Basically creeps are trying to find legal ways to monetize "fans" of underage people, no doubt about it. ![]()
