Ok, Likewhoa was aweful at a lot of things, however they had amazing support..

Is there a hosting company that can follow through with the 24/7 promise?

And by this I mean there has to be someone in the NOC with my bloody server 24 hours a day that I can ICQ whenever I want, no matter what and they will have a response off in under a minute no matter what time it is or day it is.

You would be surprised at the number of hosting companies that are cutting back their support hours....but not us. We have someone within 20 feet of your server 24x7x365 WITHOUT FAIL. As far as ICQ, however, we feel that it is unreliable. We have a toll-free tech support line so that you can talk to a qualified System Administrator who can diagnose and eliminate your problem while you are on the phone...we also have a ticketing system that allows you to complete a work order and track it's progress including time stamps.....and just to make you feel better, looking at the last 30 days we have an average time of 23 minutes from the time a ticket is opened until it is closed.

How's that for one better?

So you are looking for a hosting company with 24 x 7 support. We have it! We have an administrator present and available on ICQ or over the phone everyday all day and his main purpose is to answer your questions. If you are really interested contact me on ICQ. Sometimes we have 24 hour support, mostly its about 3 hours a day, we've fired our last few guys for being totally incompetent and not showing up, they use to shut off icq and say the messages were not getting through. Ever since I installed video camera's at the Datacenter, server theft has gone down and tech support has started showing up alot more often.
