They might go after the obviously obscene stuff, but if you're just selling normal porn (ie: a 30 year old couple having sex) they're extremely unlikely to go after you because the content has to be found to be obscene which isn't as easy as it sounds because obscenity means different things to different people and it isn't up to the judge or the AG to decide what is and isn't obscene.

Oh I don't agree with that at all. I think the public would be offended if politicians were to lump Playboy together with extreme shit like Rob Black. There's a lot of married couples out there who watch some porn as a sexual aid, I hardly think they want some fat slob in a suit telling them they're all sick fucks.

Usually these things can get by without the usual "drama" based on the notion that the rape scenes or violence is based around a non-sexual storyline that calls for it in order to complete the artistic vision.

With that being said, I guess it's ok with most of the fatcats. But there are some who protest some disturbing films Hollywood creates too. But not with the same zealous overture.
