Hope things work out for you Tom...the exact same thing happened to me...Gary used my account...(which I never used before) ...at first I received some good feedback, but then one guy called me here at home, saying he hasn't received his shit!...I explained to him that I couldn't do much except forward the word to Gary...fortunatly the guy was kinda cool, and he understood that it wasn't my fault...so I checked my feedback...and I was now at a 3:1 ratio (3bad for 1good)...I started freaking out...and yelled at Gary....he told me everything would be shipped, that I should relax and wait...fortunatly, he did ship everything....but my ebay account is still closed. I know Gary never intended to scam me, he's just lazy on the shipping...anyway...hope things will work out for you like it did for me tom...what would really help would be able to fucking reach him...haven't talked to him in the last 2 weeks...

He did ship the stuff out for your account? um, AMP I know Gary was a standup guy but standup guys dont hide, or not respond ive never had problems with gary before this, im freaking out cause this is a lot of money to me, charges are being filed against me, Ive lost alot of money, and if it is out of his hands and he can't do anything about this then he could at least let me know so I can do something else tell all these people something, but now I have to goto the police dept in 3 hours (11am est) and fill out this report. what I didn't like was the dogpiling on gary by people that have nothing to do with this whatsoever, before it's even begun to be figured out. Tom and the others need to do what they need to do.... but fuckers like GFED are only creating mob mentality here.

I don't have any idea what this is about.... but I find it hard to swallow that someone that's been in this biz legitimately for years would suddenly scam some people for pocket change and then vanish without a trace. Maybe he did.... maybe there's something else going on. I don't really know.

Get KimmyKim to mail you the papers so you can fill them out and fax them back to her. Snail-mail will be quicker than waiting to have the cash to buy a new printer.

Call ACPay and see what you have to do to get them to change your payment method over to a mailed check. Probably just fax them a signed letter or something.

If you don't have a fax but do have a scanner, you can email the stuff to me and I'll fax it for ya. webmaster at gotkinky dot com.

You guys that are ordering templates - don't pay him via PayPal! He can't get to that money and it's no help to him.

Update:

Just got back from the police a little while ago, the main dect Alan Cline was on vac, I talked to his partner Dect Mills, I am no longer a suspect just a victim/witness and was instructed to send emails to all the people that complained the dect's Phone number. Once Alan Clien gets off vac I will have to go back and talk with him.. I have no warrants as of yet, if anyone needs to contact them as well the number is 757 727-6530
