If i told you HALF the stuff they put us through in this place, you would be in absolute amazment that anyone still works there, and that they are even still in business.

This shit happens to employees because you let it happen, this thread is non sense! get your resume togethwer get a cover letter made and get a new fucking job. or continue to bitch and whine on this board, I am sure that will land you a job eventually.

Infact i was in a competitors office today, the manager was trying tot alk me into comming to work for him ....

thing is, after this shit i went through here, i have such bad taste for the industry, i just want to either run my online biz full time, or get into an entire new industry and toss all my experience.

thats just it, i really love having this company behind me. The name really helps alot in the industry. Its like being a designer, and being able to say you work for mark tiarra ..... same thing kinda.

Part of me wants to stick it out since i came this far, and just see if by chance it gets better

yes you are so right, i am glad i am in this business simply to entertain my mind and take it off this other nonsense.

I was happy when i saw a few new sales today.

I find it hard to be creative when in this mood. Very gloomy, all my friends were fired .... i know i shouldnt care, but none of them deserved it. Im on the verge of making a decision that can cost me my job at a very big company ... might be for the best, but it still upsets me.

Whats funny ....

when i got this job, me, my girl, family ... we were all so fucking happy! I felt like i hit the fucking lottery!!!!

You have no idea how much they promised and underdelivered .... it makes me sick just thinking of it.

Well, everyone else was hired within 4 months ago ... meaning they were not there 6 months yet and could not collect if fired.

So they fired all the people that were there for less than 6 months, and left me and one other person who had been for 9 months now as well.

It was aparent they were only going to break our balls to no end, until we quit.

I wrote out a 3 page letter explaining how disapointed i was in the company and how they treated the employees, i basically recapped all the bullshit they had put me through.

I then emailed it to everybody in the company, as well as signing a copy and leaving it on managers desk (even though we have no manager since he was axed).

oh well .... gonna take some time off now and relax.
