I am not dumb and I am not self destructive. I just wanted to see what would happen. And there are cases out there that show you can have a domain with a tradmark as long as the domain leads to a site with usefull consumer information.

This is how PayPalsucks.com is still around. Don't you think that if eBay could they would take it down? They can't becuase it is a helpful consumer site.

So yes if you open a sex site with Rolexgirl.com you might have a problem. But if you open a site offering information on Rolex watches, which I love to death, then it should be OK..

How is that for dumb?

i doubt anyone here cares enough about rolex to spend $2,500 on domains and build a "I LOVE ROLEX, and oh by the way, please dont sue me rolex" website.
