ok i get like this peircing pain in my chest

am i having like a small heart attack at age 18 wtf?

its like a burning i guess it feels kinda like its my heart idont know its really weird ive had it before i just had it again tonight hadnt had it for a long time til now.. describe what it feels like to you?

i dont wanna die!!!!!!!

well i really dont think its a heart attack im only 18 i wasnt sure what it was i guess just heartburn ive had it before when i was younger too so it must be nothing to worry about

I dont think age is a factor, I started getting it when i was 20/21 years old. Thedn again what do I know I had to look it up to see what triggers it.

I get chest pains sometimes too and I get worried too sometimes that it could be a heart attack. But I'm only 25 yrs old and under 100lbs/eat somewhat healthy, well actually I don't eat healthy, but I'm young and thin, so I guess it must be heartburn.

It feels like my HEART is hurting but I think it's on the left side where my boob is, but my boob doesn't hurt, it's more internal (my heart I guess) , and it last a few seconds, max 10 seconds. So I guess im ok?

I don't think people who are young and
thin usually get heart attacks?

I have ulcers and a thing like GERD called Barrett's Oesophegitus.

My symptoms?

Searing burning pain at back of throat, stomach cramps followed by extreme discomfort and burps you are afraid of because they hurt yer throat like all fuck.

I eat Antacid tablets like M & M's and take little pills that kill the acid in my stomach.

Wouldn't wish the shit on my worst enemy.

And just remember dude...

You don't die from the first heart attack, you die worrying about the 2nd one.

- is the pain constant or is it only when breathing in or out?
- explain the pain a little more, is it like a knife stabbing into your chest, or something breaking out of it?
- do you feel anything else when it happens? dizyness or something like that?

It will not be a heartattack. A heartattack is shooting pains from your chest down to your left arm. Trust me, you'll know when you have it, and it lasts longer. Often the left side of your face goes numb a little too.

Stabbing-Pains in your chest when breathing in could be coming from your upper spine, a small dislocation or similar, nothing serious. But it will last longer too, often will not go away until a doctor fixes the block.

And of course there is other stuff that could happend. I for example sometimes have stabbing pains when exhaling. I think its a form of astma, not sure though. It basically is a awefull pain when trying to exhale a lot, I can only inhale-exhale in very short bursts then, if I can even exhale, very annoying, but goes away after a few seconds.

Havne't you people ever heard about not eating sugar after protein??

eating desert after dinner is the WORST thing you can do to your body. It's real simple:

When you eat protein your body produces stomach acid to break it down - this takes 3hours.

When you eat sugar - your body produces alkaline to break it down.

Guess what happens when you mix acid and alkaline together? It all turns to alkaline...

so you go and eat a steak dinner etc - so now there is all this steak sitting in your stomach which has been flooded with acid - and it slowly digests over 3hours... but then you grab 3 brownies 10 minutes into this process and eat them. they drop into the steak and acid mix and then swwwooosh a ton of alkaline gets released into your stomach to break down the sugar and your entire stomach turns to alkaline - so the sugar gets broken down fine but the steak just floats around in that alkaline and then ferments and is never digested and you get no benefit from it - you get smelly ass farts, cramps, bloating, pains etc what do you expect from fermented undigested meat :P

It's amazing how many people don't know this simple thing
