webmasters: would you consider this site a nightmare?

long story short, i just spent 3 hours of my time driving to three different stores all over the valley in search of candles for my girl. so i tried their website... and it was even less helpful than their actual employees. personally i'm so pissed right now about it, i would say fire their webmaster for creating such a annoying site. |

Didn't load in opera. switched to IE and worked fine. Nice looking site but it is a bit difficult to find the products. Overuse of flash IMO.
