MAJOR IBILL ISSUES.... Anybody Else?

Hi Guys. I'm having one of those ibill days. For those that don't know, those are the days where ibill is such a pain in the ass your life expectacy is reduced by a minimum of 10 years.

So my question is simple, are any of you ibill users having this problem.....
Over the past 9 hours roughly 75% of our ibill joins have not had access to our member's area. Some got a failed transaction report. Some got a 500 error page. All were billed. All received email confirmation. However 75% never were able to obtain a username and password. Did anybody else have this problem?

On a side note, I heard that ibill just recently canned all affiliates from argentina without noticed to the webmasters or program owners.

Talked to my rep before the close of the day. He hadn't heard of any problems. By the time I really started to notice the problem my rep had left.

I know better than to call their support line. I'm pissed enough as it is. I don't need to push myself over the limit by talking to the douche bags they have answering the phones at night.

Hey Juicy. How's it going?

Nobody else with this problem? I find it hard to believe it's isolated to just us.

Shap, we have made a lot of staffing changes over the last 6 months and will continue to work to improve service at all hours. We do monitor and score our calls to improve service. I think you will find support has improved 100% and you have our commitment that it will continue to improve. There is technical support for password management in the evenings now. You may experience some on hold delays for the next few weeks because of Visa Renewals but we are doing as much as possible to staff to those volumes. If you ever have a problem you can call me personally. If you don't have my cell, give me a shout and I will provide it.

HI Mark. I noticed you didn't comment on the Argentina comment i made. Is that a confirmation that ibill did in fact remove all affiliates from all webmaster program that are from argentina WITHOUT notice to any webmaster programs?

Sorry. I missed that note. That is not correct. We have had to change the payout process for affiliates in Argentina due to recurring issues with forged checks. As a result we are now requiring affiliates to get their funds wired to their accounts. We have NOT removed affiliates.

None of our Argentinian webmasters were demonstrated to be frauding ibill and yet were cancelled. They were reinstated later at our request with the wire option. Mark, I find this type of unilateral action by iBill to be very disrespectful to the webmasters. Ibill seems to not understand the amount of work these webmasters have to get in play in order for traffic to be sent. To cancel them abruptly with no credit for the traffic that is flowing to me shows a lack of consideration and can have the result of making the program owners look shady, as they yield a windfall from this traffic.

For you to say that iBill has NOT removed affiliates is not accurate.

Scoreman,

I am calling you now. My understanding is that no Argentinian affiliates were cancelled. There may have been some confusion as we worked through changing them from check to wire but affiliates were not cancelled. I apologize for any breakdown in communication to any webmasters that may have had affiliates affected. This will be addressed internally. We took these actions in an effort to help these affiliates to ensure they were paid in a timely manner. iBill does understand the value of affiliates to your business. We do appreciate your feedback.

We use IBill as secondary.

We had the same problem a couple days ago. Sign ups went through but passes were not letting members in. They since then fixed the problem, they said something about bad pearl script or something.

Great News! Just Talked to Kevin, Darryl and Greg and Ibill. They were on it and got the problem fixed. Everything is working fine now.

For those of you using ibill be sure to double check that all your signups for the last 24 hours had access. Majority of our problems hadn't even emailed us. I went in and found them myself.

Have a Great Day Everyone

Yes. Today is the payout. for EU For future reference, we post the payout schedule for the month on the CMI when you log in. Based on weekends, banking holidays and resulting conflicts for different payouts, the payout date may change by a day so you should reference the monthly schedule we post on CMI.

After speaking to scoreman, I understand the issue. While we didn't cancel any affiliates, an auto generated email went out to the affiliates that indicated the account was cancelled. It appears that only 4 affiliates were affected but that is preliminary. This is a result of a change we recently made to how we hold affiliate payments. I apologize for the confusion. This has already been addressed and fixed so it will not happen again. To summarize, they are not cancelled but payment is held while we change their payout to wire transfer.

We have a similar case. There are people who choose a username/password but never login. And sometimes they just pay and don't choose a username.

Not to my surprise they are all from revsharers with a Russian name. I opened a thread about this but people here think I'm paranoid.
