It is really hot in LA
I am in Newport Beach and it is just hot. We only open our windows for ventilation but mid-day / evening, you just sweat.
My Pug is so hot, he just drinks water and lays right beside the refridgerator. Seriously. Thanks goodness the surf is coming in this morning, the water feels good.

Does it get hotter in Newport than up here in Manhattan Beach (south bay, LA county)? It's been nice here, maybe getting up to 80 but that's not too bad. I do wish beach places came with AC too...seems like with the high rent here we should at least have the option to turn it on if we want.
