We have started a new business operation now, so I thought I?d take the opportunity to use my one time announcement to introduce it to all of you.

We?re a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm located in southwest India. We?ve been preparing the launch for almost half a year now, and since a few weeks back, it?s up ?n running.

We actually recommend our clients to write detailed assignment descriptions. Our operators can that way work very autonomously without a large amount of contact.

We do however send a Daily Summary of our performance and encourage our clients to comment on it, so that we can improve ourselves every day.
