STEP 1: How we assign an employee to you
We have interviewed a large number of professionals. Some of these have shown to have the skills required to work for us. When we get a request from you we make a list of professionals that have the right qualifications. If you wish to speak with a couple of employees and then make your choice we will give you the opportunity to do so. Otherwise we will decide which employee we think will suite you best. Our recruiters have extensive experience in recruiting IT professionals. You will get the opportunity to speak with the employees within a day or two.


STEP 2: How you assign work to the employee
When we have found the right individual for you, we will install the employee in our offices immediately. You will be able to choose which hours of the day you want the employee to work. We also recommend that you write a list of things that you want the employee to do as soon as possible.
You may assign work to the employee either directly or via his/her manager. You can communicate with the employee and the employees manager in many ways: any instant messenger, email, you will also be able to call the employee toll free.


STEP 3: Reporting
We will provide a daily summary of our performance. This will make it easy for you to monitor the progress. The report will be sent to you and the employees manager. Our managers will keep in touch with you and make sure everything goes according to schedule.

STEP 4: Evaluation
After the first week has passed, we recommend that you evaluate our initial performance, and draw attention to any misunderstandings, thereby making sure that our future cooperation will run smoothly and become prosperous. We encourage you to be very frank and direct in your feedback so that we swiftly can define and quell all errors. Moreover; if you have complaints or feedback of the employee's performance we appreciate if you let our managers know. We will also contact you from time to time to make sure that everything goes the way you have planned.
