Doctor Dre: as I've said before in threads, i totally care less about the drama, how you handled your biz on the boards turned me off . there are always 2 sides to a story and shit happens . The way you work your way out of the stuff matters more then what actually happeend most of the time
Doctor Dre: Like the way you handled the refound thing ... I got better things to do then ask for refounds twice . Once I ask it, I guess the guy can do it by himself . I don't wanna have to ask him on monday . I would have filled a paypal complaint too . Sending an echeck would be a way to work things out

That was on Saturday, a week after he promised me a refund, but said he had to wait a week to do it - no money in paypal, doesn't own a credit card, etc. When I come back and remind him, he has more excuses about why he can't do the refund. Then he wants me to wait again. I gave him until COB monday.

Police won't get inolved over services like this. They'll take a report, yeah, but that's all.

A lawsuit wouldn't be worth the time and effort. But, exposing the scammer on GFY is easily worth the time and effort.
