Went from close to 210lbs to 176lbs. From about 30% bodyfat to 14% right now. Shooting for 10%. 6 meals per day, roughly 300 cal per meal, 40p/30c/30f ratio. Eat a little more carbs on weight lifting days. Lift 3x a week, cardio 4 days a week.
