Not getting out of her car, not her cell phone pics, and not in her own home. If you had pics of Paris that YOU took on a beach in LA DIFFERENT story. I don't see those kinds of pics anywhere however, and in my opinion ( and I think I know what I am talking about) you are clearly infringing. After extensive hours in Lavely and Singer's offices in Century City- I got a lesson in Celebrities Rights 101. Cameron Diaz, Liz Jagger, and Vida Guerra have all been saved from the wrath of pornographers this month- There is a reason why these videos did not see the light of day- and a reason why I am not a millionaire off of them. You'll see that the next thing I put my name on will be the real deal, becasue I know the criterium needed.
