2257 and content hosting - GoFuckYourself.com

Ok-I realize that everyone is overdosing on 2257 questions and we are all trying to figure this out together, but...

Does anyone know, if you are leasing content from a provider which they are hosting on their servers, are you responsible as a "secondary producer" ie affiliatte program, for keeping the records for those models?

As I interpret it, if it is framed / included / scripted so that it appears to a part of your site (your site is in the address bar when viewing said content), yes, you would be secondary producer. If you simply provided a link, no, you wouldn't.

As one of the leading content providers, we've consulted our Attorney and can communicate that any content hosted on our domain meets all 2257 requirements as set forth by the Department of Justice. Therefore, you would be in compliance as we are the "record keepers".

Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
