Don't you host with one of those discount unmanaged companies? They don't specialize in support, thats why you get such low prices.

If it was a ticket that was important to you or some type of an emergency, of course an immediate response should be expected. However, it is only realistic to recognize that sometimes "easy" or "everyday" type tickets will always take second priority to any emergency that might be overwhelming staff.
