Frankly I am tired of seeing the company I use to process my member transactions processing sales for these fucking non nude sites.

In light of all the webcamangel sites that blatantly steal content and hide behind the "Public Domain" bullshit that CC Bill processes for - and now I find more than one site that is truely not right, and should NOT being used to fuel a site using CC BIll.

http://www.nonude-network.com/ is a feeder site for a site that blatantly calls itself "Up To 17" they hide behind fashion and it fucking disgusts me.

I want to know how they get away with it, and why they get away with it.

As I said, frankly im tired of seeing a company I use to process hundreds of dollars a week, also making money of, call it my opinion, but its fucking CP.

Well, the way to CCBill is obviously through their pocketbook.

As far as closing the sites down via the jackboot of the Feds, they should have to be doing something actually illegal first. Reprehensible isn't the same as illegal, unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you view it. I think the industry can drive them out of business by applying economic pressure, and I would hope that's the first tack we take.

Once a Federal legal juggernaut on porn gets rolling, you might find yourself in the famous "be careful what you wish for" situation.

I am not going to sit here and defend sites like these or even the nude sites...

But I brought this up during the beastiality debate...why were people so willing to fight for so called freedoms for something that is clearly illegal in the u.s. (beastie) but when it came to something that has been deemed constitutionally protected speech (so called artistic nudity sites) you guys are ready to have them shut down?

I think it's hypocritical to claim free speech regarding one (which is not protected) and not the other (which is)

Regardless of anyone on this boards personal feelings about these sites, the bottom line is that as defined under federal law, they are legal. Customs has looked at these sites and has no issue with them at all.

Our TOS clearly states that anyone under the age of 18 without their clothes on is not something we process for. Our TOS does not prohibit clothed people of any age in single person shots.

On a personal level, I'm not too sure about the parents of these kids, but then again I wouldn't allow my son to be in the average Calvin Klein ad, which is neither here nor there in the matter.

As far as attacking CCBill, I'm so used to it, it really doesn't bother me one bit. We've dumped sites that are legal in the past, we've complied entirely with Visa regulations, hell, we even canned the beastie entirely -- unlike some processors who'll do the charges with everything BUT Visa, or the ones that are trying to get Visa to allow them to continue to process the fake beastie sites. But no, the bitching goes on... and on... yet the people that scream the loudest keep right on cashing the checks we send them every week.

But what I am more concerned about are the people who take 1000's of these photos and put them online and charge people to see them. At any point, I think using pictures of underage people on your site is just something you shouldn't do. Regardless of anyone on this boards personal feelings about these sites, the bottom line is that as defined under federal law, they are legal. Customs has looked at these sites and has no issue with them at all. Our TOS clearly states that anyone under the age of 18 without their clothes on is not something we process for. Our TOS does not prohibit clothed people of any age in single person shots. On a personal level, I'm not too sure about the parents of these kids, but then again I wouldn't allow my son to be in the average Calvin Klein ad, which is neither here nor there in the matter. As far as attacking CCBill, I'm so used to it, it really doesn't bother me one bit. We've dumped sites that are legal in the past, we've complied entirely with Visa regulations, hell, we even canned the beastie entirely -- unlike some processors who'll do the charges with everything BUT Visa, or the ones that are trying to get Visa to allow them to continue to process the fake beastie sites. But no, the bitching goes on... and on... yet the people that scream the loudest keep right on cashing the checks we send them every week. That last part isn't really directed at anyone in particular keep in mind, just a musing on my part...
