The Best Banner Exchange Program.
There are many out there, like Sex Swap for instance, but which ones are the best?
I have played around with banner exchange scripts and there are ways to play around with a bunch of variables that can end up kinda screwing the people involved exchanging the banners - ie not having true ratios and the ability to put their banners in the rotation more than they should. I would like to see what banner exchanges you guys find to be most productive and trusted.

THere is one Traffic program that isn t THat Bad,
xxx.popuptraffic.nl it is DUTCH but it works good! Increase of traffic with about 70 % it works with POP-Unders Mzzl Da DJ

What percentage of the webmasters/surfers from the Netherlands area speak English? I see anumber of sites that are not in english from there, though some will have a choice of which language to view the site in.
I was just wondering, because it probably would be a waste of time joining that banner exchange mentioned above if most of the surfers that I would get from it don't know English.

Almost all the Dutch can speak English better than Americans in my experience
