been looking at getting into this niche, seems to be an emerging market but there is a bit of controversy over it.

The biggest problem is apple isnt liscensing the DRM scheme on the iPod to adult companies as far as I know... so it would make studios hesitant to make their stuff available for it.
If apple would liscense the DRM, then it wouldnt be such a big deal |
