I would not kill a child. Lets dive deeper: The (Majority) of the active soldiers American on post are younger. 18-25 some fresh out of boot camp. When I was 18 I thought I was impenetrable I learned a hard lesson. An 18 year old just wants to fight and often does not question the moral issues of why he is pulling the trigger. In a heated situation anyone can react out of fear and emotion especially a kid.

It is very easy to convince a young person they are doing the right thing, especially if they are living out there fighting fantasy. That's why we don't see a front line of educated 45 year old politicians, (not to mention the physical problems).
