On my rating system of: "Shit" or "Not Shit", they get rated "Not Shit", no single backbone is ever excellent, but there are plenty that get my rating of "Shit", eg Cogent, exodus (Not CW, they are ok), digex/icix/algx,appliedtheory,williams,etc...
