I don't know anything about Mansion, but I've been working with dozens of clients with NATS installs in the last few months and anytime we've had to open a ticket, they've gotten fast response even on weekends. So I'm amazed to hear about your post but I guess when you do enough business eventually someone is bound to be unhappy.

I've always had problems getting a hold of somebody at TMM, maybe just bad timing. Ah well, I love MAS, am really happy with with the service Mansion gives me... and thats the end of it

NATS support ticket system has a very good team running the show. I've never had any problems with them.

So the initial sale might be hard to get, but I can attest to the final product being excellent, including the support staff.
