you'll have a better chance of finding a star just by looking around wherever you are - being a female you should have better luck recruiting than a guy.
none of our girls have been motivated primarily by the money - i don't think there's a big difference to a girl considering nude modeling between 10K and 100K. i wish they were motivated by money, would make things alot easier.
