I'm not a person known for being drama prone, never made a thread against anyone, but since it seems the only way you take care of customers is when they post at this board, you better answer the mails and SOLVE all the troubles you're causing me RIGHT NOW. If you choose to act the right way, this thread is over for what I care. If you want me to expose you and your so called CS, I'm game.

You don't need any info, the "Customer Support" representative going by the names Keyzer Soze or Michael O knows very well who I am and what's my account ID. And, in any case, you'd take care of ALL your customers

Honestly, I don't think it will happen anytime soon, they were ignoring my mesages for the last 3 days and instead of solving some previous issues, they just blocked my account today. Guess it's easier to do that than provide the service I'm paying for

For transactions through my content store, etc., webmasters would have to pay up front to get delivery, so my reputation is paramount. YOU decided to take this here. You know my email, if you don't want to do it here why don't you email me about this instead of starting this thread? Or you could have called CS?

I have been sick today but I wanted to check the boards and my email for urgent issues.
We checked your account and your Electron card were blocked for using the wrong pin code 3 times. I asked them to reset it so you can log in and enter a new pin code.
The changes you make to your pin code now affects your current card not the new card that will work from October 1st.
Only fill in the pin code fields nothing else.

If you have any other questions or problems please email me and I will get to it when I am well and back working.

And if you say there's no problem to activate the card *************70 with exp date 2008 (that means NOT, and I repeat NOT the one I have in my hands) then you'd have no problem on providing me with a guarantee that you'll be responsible for any eventual loss due to the DOUBLE CHARGED card that is in transit (assuming that's true)

Like I stated above I am sick so I haven't turned on ICQ since that will be 1-2 hours of work and I am not up to that.

Log into your account click Activate Card/Modify Pin
Only fill out the fields where you have to enter your four digit pin code.
DO NOT FILL OUT ANY OTHER INFORMATION, do not tick any boxed just enter your the 4 digits twice.
Your new card will not work until October 1st and any changes made to your pin code will affect the card you have that is active until September 30th.
