I haven't run in years. On a related note, the first sponsor to offer Commit Lozenges as a bonus option would probably make bank.

Yes, I'm being serious.

If i ran at all.. i would die. If someone was trying to kill me I'd have to stop and think about which death would be better. Death from running or being shot.

I do some sprint HIT cardio after weight training. It helps rev the metabolism and burn some extra fat without feeding on muscle.

2 to 3 miles a morning about 3 days a week or so. If its too hot out I skip it.

Sometimes rollerblade instead.

A treadmill. Get a nice pace and incline that comes close to your THR and alternate from sprint to fast walk (1-2 minutes at a time). Just make sure you don't walk to slow and cool down in the middle of a workout.

20-30 minutes of this after a lifting is a great way to burn the remaining glycogen stores and really fire up the metabolism.

I do 10-15 minutes on the treadmill when I go to the gym. I consider outdoor running something to be done only out of necessity and fear for your life.

I have some friends who want to do a group 5k...fuck that

I jog 3-4 miles every morning. I preffer outside myself, I feel like I get a better workout.

For sprinting if you dont have a track just go down to the park. If you dont have a park just do it while you jog. Sometimes I will run as fast as I can for a few blocks and then walk a block to catch my breath. Just keep doing it over and over without stopping.
