Breakfast: Hemp hearts over yogurt
Hemp Hearts = Raw shelled hemp seeds


So ELVISMANSON turned me on to hemp hearts. I did some research and they are super good for you.

Last night at the Organic Garage here in Oakville I picked up a bag of them to try them out. they taste very good and I cant wait to see how they are after taking them for a few weeks.

Everything I have read shows them to be a super food. Anyone else eat them?

They make a good snack and my breakfast was awesome

i read somewhere once that they could be used as chicken feed... that if hemp was grown commercially and produced for seed rather than bud that you could feed enough chickens that no one in the world would go hungry

Thats like eating a tree branch and saying you eat paper for breakfast.

There would be no THC thats true but if smoking seeds makes you sterile what does eating them do? Could I save on birth controll and just eat a bowl of these everyday?
