Quick, somebody tell these guys grappling doesn't work in real life! In all fairness, the guy choking the other one out really isn't a grappler and just probably watches alot of UFC's.

Grappling can be effective in a street fight, depending on the situation. Not for "submitting" someone, but there's almost always a "ground n pound". I'd say 80% of fights end up on the ground one way or another, unless a good punch is landed quickly. There's always that one guy who initiates some wrestling so he isn't at arm's reach of a good punch.
