I'm yet to see a cent...I'm still hopefull they'll do the honourable thing. An official update from them on what ois going on and who is getting paid and when it can be expected would be good.
This no information tactic they've taken just breeds more rumours.

Needless to add, not a single red cent from NO-Paymonde nor any access to the admin section nor any email nor any post nor anything.

We've been successful in convincing about 20 percent (to date) of our ex-Paymonde rebilliing clients to rejoin the site. We eliminated all former Paymonde members yesterday afternoon at 3 p.m. (e.s.t.). We expect we should reach about 25-30 percent before all is said and done. Could be worse, but it nevah shoulda happened in the foist place!!!!!

Maybe Good News...

I am not a "big player" by any stretch, and I am not "friends" with the Paymonde guys.

I am a very small fish who just started a site called BoobieMovies.com a few months back.

When the Paymonde sites went down I was owed in the area of $1,300 - $1,400, so hardly a big account in comparison with a few of the posts I've been reading.

Anyway, Howard wrote me yesterday. He said they had just mailed me a partial payment, said they were trying to get all of the funds so they can send everyone their money as soon as they could, and I was given permission to login to my account again.

If a check was mailed out I should receive it this coming week, as I am located in the northeast area of the US.

If the check arrives I will post again, but maybe this is good news for all concerned. Time will tell...

Despite my distaint for Howie, and crew with their lack of communication.. and bullshit e-mail threats of not paying me for 6 months.. nor giving me administration access when requested repeatedly...

I was not going to fuck over my members. A lot of them are repeat business who've been with us for years. It's not their fault Howard Cohen wanted to practice his Nixon speeches while not paying me my money earned. Then continueing to taunt me with threats to not pay me.

My members paid their money in good faith, and will roll over at some point. Maybe not immediately. But in time some new model will strike their fancy. But in the meantime it sucks because we lost that revenue.

So far a good 30-40% have rolled over. I would expect that same ratios we've had in the past when changing companies... a good 70-80% make the transition in the first 90 days. Others disappear, or will sign up MUCH later.

For us, we were not going to refund them, nor do massive charge backs. We simply did as mistermee said. We cancelled their rebills once iMonde stopped paying us. We then e-mailed all members letting them know we were not getting paid. We also let members know we cancelled all rebills, and to make sure provided the link for them to cancel themselves. We then explained we would let their memberships run out on iMonde until beginning of December, and then the script would be removed from the server side, and they would need to sign up with CCBill, or Verotel (providing links) again.

We sent out a follow up to let them know 12/1 was approaching, and we still had not been paid, and that they would need to sign up on a new processor. Also to let them know that any charges coming from iMonde in December would NOT BE AUTHORIZED by us, or the website, and they would need to contact their bank(s).

So while my anger at Howard Cohen is enough to make me want to icepick his balls, assuming he has any. I actually was more professional in dealing with my members, and this situation, then all of the bullshit iMonde spin doctor shit about "massive chargebacks, no money for anyone, horseshit". I had e-mailed, and called plenty of times before getting my mocking, and taunting Cohen e-mail bantering.

During that time, and to date, I have received no admin access (being locked out), lack of communication, and no payments. Despite his promises to pay everyone, and all the b.s. he's claimed over this time. Not to mention his threats to pay me last for 'having no patients', I am sure there will be plenty of others who are not paid when the dust clears.

Spoke to Howard and he told me they are trying to pay everyone they can. He said problem is with their bank in the Philippines.

You must be lucky to have recovered at least a part of the money. Most of the webmasters didn't get anything until now.
