I think that after all of this is said and done, I'm gonna find a professional that knows which sites are part of which Russian child porn ring and are cheating and hire them to manage all of my traffic and follow up with my current trades regularly to see what's going on.

I DO manually look at and activate my trades. I look over the site, click on about 10-15 links to see where my traffic is going to, then if the site has "that look", ya know the site you look at and just feel something wrong about it, I'll Google it and search a couple of boards like AskDamage to see if anything pops up. If nothing turns up, I activate it. If someone has a better method of doing it, please let me know.

I noticed you said all these images were sponsor hosted. I hope for your sake as a father, husband and fellow webmaster all there 2257 documents are in order from these sponsors.

Maybe they should re-examine their real motives here and if they're going to start a battle, do so with the "source" of their problems and frustrations. No wait, that would mean they would probably be shut down quickly, or maybe insult someone who's going to buy them drinks and take them out partying at the next show. No, they couldn't be bold enough to stand up for what they say they believe in.

Ive known Slick for a while and he has never used shady sponsers. All the gals he listed were from well known sponsers.... sites that a LOT of ppl on this board push.

You might want to check Slavick's post on the Directnic comments thread - it seems it's state dependent on if you own the domains or not.

But again, that would involve knowing the laws of the business that you run, not the hobby you make beer money with.

I understand the desire for more and more traffic, better and better trades, after all, you were skimming, what, 95%? You would need huge traffic numbers to generate almost any traffic to sponsor galleries at all. I checked the history of your site on Alexa and the wayback machine, and every time you made the models look younger, every time they looking skinnier, every time you accepted a trade for "gall 17" and "young virgins", your traffic went up.

I can see what happened.

Everything else I've commented on has been directly in response to what YOU guys are saying, lol. My lawyer told me years ago that a TOS can be enforced even if it contains items that aren't covered by state/federal law.

I fucking hate strong arm businesses, they should have let you move your domains to another registrar and if they felt the need, report you to authorities. Slick Confirmed User Industry Role: Join Date: Feb 2001 Location: Houghton, MI Posts: 7,338	I think that after all of this is said and done, I'm gonna find a professional that knows which sites are part of which Russian child porn ring and are cheating and hire them to manage all of my traffic and follow up with my current trades regularly to see what's going on. I DO manually look at and activate my trades. I look over the site, click on about 10-15 links to see where my traffic is going to, then if the site has "that look", ya know the site you look at and just feel something wrong about it, I'll Google it and search a couple of boards like AskDamage to see if anything pops up. If nothing turns up, I activate it. If someone has a better method of doing it, please let me know.

Ive known Slick for a while and he has never used shady sponsers. All the gals he listed were from well known sponsers.... sites that a LOT of ppl on this board push. It is obscenely unfair to completely shut down his sites. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty in a court of law?? Good luck and don't give up.
