I started with a personal trainer last week... so this is the end of my real first week of working out. My regular trainer, Mandi, is out of town on vacation so today her associate Rasheed Lee trained me. He's a boxer and personal trainer.. I got my ass kicked, it was great! I've been out of the workout for about thirty minutes and I am still out of breath! lol

Good work! I've been avoiding getting a personal trainer for years now, even though I need one.

Someone needs to tell your guy to get a decent site though.

My trainer mentioned that they might like some help redeveloping the site. I can certainly find them a designer to do that. What would you recommend that they do differently?

hehehe... she kicks my ass, too! In fact, I'd say that the ass kicking was pretty equal with both. I really enjoy the workouts, the variety of what they have me do is pretty surprising.
