Someone buying the domain using it the way you do would earn near exactly the same (I would earn more, but that's because I have real domains so earn a higher payout than you). I gave examples of how a very rare entity could possibly earn a little more than ppc out of it, but overall, that domain is too generic not to be a ppc page, which is why the majority of non-specific TRULY premium domains ARE ppc landers and not adult sponsors.

Domains have a certain value at a certain time (regardless of who's hands it is in). The rest is marketing, development or accident. Someone could write a script called Sexy Ladies that becomes the number one movie from now until the end of time. Suddenly, the domain is priceless. Utube.com is worth nothing until youtube.com becomes a giant.

Ten years from now, *************** could be worth a million dollars. Who knows? But from a business standpoint, you could take that 77k, invest in many, many powerful domains at reasonable prices and be far ahead.
