been staying up till 3am every night and back up at 6:30 or 7am every day trying to get caught up and back on schedule here.... and it finally happened.... I can't go to fucking sleep now. It's 3:12am here, I've got prolly 5 or 6 beers in me.... been workin' like a freakin' dog and should be ready to fall down,.... but I can't fucking sleep... so now what?

I'm so glad to find out I'm not the only adult webmaster to suffer from this problem...have been going to sleep at about 6 am consistently for the past few weeks...

If they are still awake and partyin' then it is going to be a bummer getting the sound system out of the house without them noticing..you will probably have to settle for the TV....

Don't sleep, that's what I do when I can't fall asleep. After 2-3 days without sleep makes wonders. You're gonna sleep like a baby for 12 hours.

ya know.. if they shut down the Internet for 8 or 10 hours every night like they do stores, etc... then maybe we'd all get more sleep.

Ever tried melatonin?

Works great for my occasional insomnia. Only downside is that if you use it for more than 2-3 days in a row and then stop taking it, you might have a harder time getting to sleep.

I usually take 2-3mg of it with a couple glasses of wine or beer.

my girlfriend lives on that shit...amp i have the same problem of not being able to sleep...thats why around 2 in the morning i take one Excedrin PM...(im not sure on the spelling) and now i can barely keep my eyes open, its 3:30...
